The wedding is on September 27, 2025 from 3:00pm - 9:30pm. Guests may arrive as early as 2:30pm.

The ceremony will begin at 3:00pm followed by a cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing.

The ceremony and reception will both be at the Quirk Hotel, located at 201 W. Broad Street, Richmond, VA

Valet parking is available at Quirk on a first come, first serve basis. 

There are also several self-pay/self-park lots nearby. Richmond City manages these lots and they are not serviced by valet.

The dress code is cocktail attire. We suggest wearing a suit or dress shirt with a tie or wearing a dress or dressy separates.

While we would love for your children to attend, the space at the venue is very limited and we are unable able to accommodate children of our guests.

There will be an open bar that will start service after the ceremony.

There will be passed hors d’oeuvres during the cocktail hour, followed by a seated dinner during the reception. There will be cake!
